Services
Our main focus is on income maintenance and housing issues. We may be able to assist with other matters including employment rights, human rights complaints, and Indigenous reparation applications.
Our branch offices are able to handle a more varied spectrum of service, which could include income tax, birth certificates, delayed registrations of birth, and complicated registrations under the Indian Act.
Our legal staff provide public legal education workshops and are involved in various community development and law reform projects.
Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 12 noon and 1 pm to 4:30 pm.
Intake days for new matters in our Thunder Bay office are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday….etc.
